Throughout the year the Springfield Preservation Trust holds a variety of events that help keep members involved and the Board of Directors very active. Along with two tours, one in the Spring and one in the Autumn, SPT hold a winter fundraiser and a summer garden party at beautiful historic places in Springfield. The events are a great way to socialize and network with others who are interested in historic preservation and create awareness of the wonderful historic architecture in Springfield.

In the late winter SPT holds its annual meeting to elect board members and officers. The meeting is open to all members and is held at an interesting historic site in Springfield. In late Spring SPT honors the people and organizations that are helping to preserve SpringfieldĂs historic assets. The Preservation Awards Ceremony showcases some of the best preservation projects in Springfield over the past year.
